徐宁,男,19731月出生于甘肃。图书馆VIP教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。2000年和2005年分别获中国科学院物理所和美国耶鲁大学博士学位。长期从事软物质物理的理论计算与模拟研究,研究内容包括非晶液固转变、非晶固体特性、非平衡态统计物理、二维熔化、准晶、力学超材料等,在包括Nature1篇)、Nature Physics1篇)、Nature Communications1篇)、Physical Review Letters18篇)等SCI学术期刊上发表论文50篇,他引1400余次。
